You can track your order. If the package has not arrived by reasonable timeframe 12 business days, please let us know, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve this issue promptly.

How do I measure my head to ensure the wig fits?
Use a flexible tape measure to:
- Measure around your head, starting at your hairline.
- Measure from the front hairline to the nape of your neck.
- Measure ear-to-ear across the crown.
How long does shipping take?
Answer:
Shipping times vary:
- Standard shipping: 5–7 business days.
- For custom wigs: production may take 10–12 days before shipping. You can track your order using the link provided after purchase.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Answer:
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unaltered wigs within 14 days of delivery. Custom orders are non-refundable. Please contact us for a return authorization before sending back any item.
